Refund Policy – 30-Day Easy Returns
We want you to love your home decor. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy (from the date of delivery).
Eligibility for Returns:

Items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging (including tags, if any).

Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.

Final sale items, personalized items, and opened bed sheet sets (due to hygiene) are not returnable.

Candle holders, rugs, cushions, lamps, and bed sheets must be free of stains, odors, pet hair, or damage.
How to Return:

Contact us at [your returns email] with your order number and reason for return.

We will send you a return authorization and the return shipping address (based on your location).

Pack the item securely and ship it back using a trackable carrier (we recommend USPS or UPS).

Once we receive and inspect the item (usually within 5–7 business days), we will process your refund.
Return Shipping Cost:

Customer responsible: Return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item arrived defective or we made an error.

If we made an error (wrong item sent, damaged upon arrival), we will provide a prepaid return label.
Refunds:

Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after inspection.

Shipping charges (original and return) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Depending on your bank, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.
Damages & Defects:
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the damage and the original packaging. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund, including shipping.
Exchanges:
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different color or size, simply return the original item (per above) and place a new order.
Cancelations:
You may cancel an order within 2 hours of placement. After that, the order may already be processed for shipping. Please contact us immediately.
